Return Policy--Online Purchases Only (in-store policy is different)

You may return most new, full price items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund.  Sale items may be returned for a store credit or exchange. We will not accept returns after 90 days. Products returned for a store credit, exchange, or refund must be unworn and returned in the original shoebox/bag to qualify for a store credit/refund/exchange. Returned clothing items must be returned with original tags attached.  Items returned must be placed in a shipping box or bag to ship back, please do not simply place a return label on the shoebox --  doing so will disqualify the return for refund, if eligible. All clearance items  are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for store credit or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Cancellation Policy

You may only cancel an order up to 3 hours after it is placed. 


We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All orders placed in the U.S. are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail, 2-3 business days. Orders are normally shipped within 3-5 business days of processing. We offer Express shipping via the USPS, 1-2 days guaranteed delivery depending on location, or FedEx 2Day & Standard Overnight.  If you need your order by a specific time, please call before placing the order to make sure it will arrive by the desired time.  Any Express orders placed after 3:00 CST will ship the next business day.


International orders are shipped via USPS Priority International Shipping; 6-10 business days or USPS First Class International Shipping; up to 2 weeks or more depending on location.  Orders of shoes are shipped without boxes in order to keep your shipping costs low.  If you would prefer to receive the boxes, please let us know and we'd be happy to include them. However, any additional shipping cost due to shipping the boxes will be at the customer's expense.


Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, taxes and any other charges that you may incur for importing goods into your country. Contact your local Customs office if you have any questions. If an international package is refused for any reason, we will not refund the customer for the shipping & handling charges. We do not pay for return shipping when the package is abandoned internationally.
